Nicolas Membrillo

Nick is a senior mortgage banker at CMG Home Loans in Brentwood, TN, where he has served as a mortgage adviser for more than 11 years. He is honored to help people make one of their biggest financial decisions by finding the right home loan or refinancing solution for their individual and family needs.

Nick, a native of Atlanta, moved to Nashville in 1997 to attend Vanderbilt University. He previously served as Managing Partner at Capital Accounts, a healthcare collections firm. He is fluent in Spanish.

Carolyn Holt

Carolyn Holt grew up in Lebanon, TN, and has worked in the legal and financial industries since graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 2001. She has worked as Nicolas Membrillo’s Loan Partner since August 2017. Carolyn has a passion for real estate and helping buyers obtain the dream of home ownership, while striving to help them feel comfortable and informed throughout the mortgage process. Her main objective to keep things running smoothly for all parties.

Carolyn lives with her husband, Erric, and their two rescue dogs, Marley and Jameson. In her free time she enjoys hiking, home renovation projects and cooking meals for friends and family.
